Lyra hoop and aerial work

The hoop is where a lot of students fall for aerial. EFS teaches Lyra, also called aerial hoop, alongside silks and aerial conditioning, with levels that meet you where you are. A beginner Lyra class is one of the two best places to start.

  • Lyra and aerial hoop, beginner to advanced
  • Silks and aerial conditioning on the schedule
  • Backs of knees covered for Lyra, per studio policy

Flexibility that extends you

Extend your mind, extend your range. Flexibility and strength classes support everything else you do in the studio, and the studio says it plainly: do not skip them. They are how tricks get safer and lines get longer.

  • Flexibility classes for all levels
  • Strength and conditioning built for aerialists
  • Warm-up matters: arrive ready, it is studio policy
Class levels and prerequisites

Your first visit

New here? Good.

Most students walked in nervous and left hooked. Beginner classes are built for every fitness level, and the room is famously friendly. Here is how a first class actually goes.

  1. 01

    Pick a beginner class

No prior experience needed. Beginner pole or a beginner Lyra class is the best first step. Check the prerequisites on the class description so the level fits.

  2. 02

    Book on Momence

Scheduling runs through the Momence platform. Make a free account, add Extend Fitness Studio to your favorites, and book your spot. Classes have a three student minimum, so booking ahead keeps your class on.

  3. 03

    Arrive 10 minutes early

Get checked in, grab a rag and a spray bottle for pole, find an open apparatus, and introduce yourself to your instructor. Wear leggings and a tank, bring shorts for pole, and skip the lotion that day.

Private parties

Bachelorettes, birthdays, ladies night out

Make a special occasion unforgettable. A private party starts with a warm-up and stretch, teaches your group a few spins and basic tricks, then builds them into a routine that fits your style: sassy, athletic, sexy, upbeat, or slow and swanky. Bring your own food and drinks, decorate the table we set for you, and take all the photos you want.

  • Up to 2 guests$180
  • Up to 6 guests$280
  • Up to 10 guests$380
  • Up to 15 guests$480
