Classes & pricing

Train your way up.

A wide variety of classes for every level of your aerial journey. Grow with us, try them all, and do not skip the flexibility and strength work. Booking and passes run through Momence.

01

Pole fitness and dance

The core of the studio. Different styles of pole fitness and pole dance, on static and spin pole, from your first climb to advanced tricks and transitions.

Levels Beginner classes fit every fitness level. Intermediate Foundations asks for a safe basic climb, pole sit and jasmine. Advanced Pole asks for aerial shoulder mounts and intermediate tricks on both static and spin.

02

Lyra and aerial hoop

Work in and around the aerial hoop. One of the two best starting points for brand new students, and deep enough to keep advanced aerialists busy.

Good to know Leggings or yoga pants are required, and the backs of your knees must stay covered in Lyra classes.

03

Silks and aerial conditioning

Silks work plus conditioning built for the air: the strength behind climbs, inverts and holds, trained on purpose instead of by accident.

Levels Check the prerequisites on each class description so the level matches your skills.

04

Flexibility and strength

The classes the studio tells you not to skip. Flexibility training, including contortion-focused work, that makes every other class safer and stronger.

Levels Open to all levels. Bring a water bottle, and socks if you like.

05

Exotic dance and heels

Floorwork and heels classes in the studio’s signature style. Heels or socks that cover the whole foot are required, and heels must be platform style with an ankle strap.

Also on the schedule Open pole sessions and private lessons. Private lessons can be rescheduled based on instructor availability.

Before you book

Fair questions.

Pulled from the questions new students actually ask the studio. Still unsure which class fits? Call (214) 735-3233 and someone will happily talk it through.

Do I need experience to start?

Nope. Beginner classes are designed for all fitness levels. If you do not know where to start, a beginner pole or Lyra class is best.

What do I wear and bring?

Athletic leggings and a T-shirt or tank top. Pole students must bring shorts, Lyra students must keep the backs of their knees covered. Bring a water bottle, grip aids or chalk, and socks if you like. Do not apply lotion the day of class, and remove all jewelry from hands and wrists.

Are classes co-ed?

Yes. Most students are female, and all genders are welcome in every class.

Can I record myself?

Yes. Students are welcome to record video and take photos of their combos and tricks in class.

What if I miss a class?

Cancel at least six hours ahead to keep your pass. Late cancels and no-shows lose the pass, and frequent late cancels (four or more in 30 days) can bring a $10 fee. If EFS cancels a class, you hear about it by email at least two hours ahead and your pass stays put.

Pick a class. Show up early.

Classes run Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 9:15 pm, and Sunday, 12:00 to 3:00 pm. Book on Momence, or call the studio and we will help you choose your first one.
